Cinthya Navarrete graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) and holds a Master of Laws degree from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee.

Cinthya has 10 years of experience in environmental and energy law. She has played a crucial role in the key decision-making processes and in drafting regulations adopted by public bodies. This experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the regulatory framework, as well as a broad scope of the social and technical aspects of dealing with environmental matters. Furthermore, this expertise enables her to advise private companies on potential regulatory challenges and to offer practical solutions, seeking to align clients’ businesses and public policies.
