Arian has experience in the development and implementation of defense strategies in civil and commercial disputes, participating in arbitration proceedings—both commercial and related to government contracts—as well as in civil and administrative litigation.
He has been involved in conducting domestic arbitration cases and in defending clients in complex judicial proceedings, combining a technical approach with a strategic, results-oriented vision.
He earned his Law degree from the University of Lima, specializing in Dispute Resolution.
