Liliana Mavila has a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds a Masters in Law degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Liliana is responsible for the Firm’s Corporate and Financial Area. She has extensive experience providing comprehensive legal advice to Peruvian and foreign companies from various sectors of the industry, with an emphasis on contractual and corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and financial matters, specializing in the preparation, negotiation.
