Ricardo is a partner of MOAR Abogados. He is one of the heads of the Corporate Law practice and leads the Civil Law practice in our firm. He has extensive experience in providing legal advice on Civil Law, Contract Law, corporate and M&A, Real Estate investment, company acquisitions and business transfers, bankruptcy and restructuring, good corporate governance rules, as well as commercial arbitration and specialized litigation in commercial and civil liability matters. 

Ricardo specializes in designing and implementing corporate and contractual structures for developing and organizing business; assisting in the negotiation of complex contracts in various sectors of commerce and industry; formulating strategies for the prevention and resolution of commercial disputes; providing comprehensive advice on matters related to corporate insolvency, supporting both creditor and debtor companies within the framework of bankruptcy proceedings; as well as designing and implementing legal structures to organize and safeguard family assets. Ricardo has served as a professor of Contract Law in the Faculty of Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú for many years.
