Valeria Milla is a co-lead on the Public Law team. She specialises in regulatory matters.

Valeria has extensive experience and expertise in providing comprehensive legal advice in Administrative Law, Public Services Regulation, focusing on the Energy sector, Public-Private Partnerships and Concessions, and Competition. Valeria advises clients in a broad spectrum of administrative litigation procedures before regulatory agencies and competition authorities. Her expertise includes handling disputes related to antitrust and unfair competition. Valeria specialises in structuring private tenders, negotiating commercial agreements for the procurement of energy and natural gas, and laying infrastructure, among other areas. She is also an expert in regulatory and antitrust compliance, including developing compliance matrices and programs tailored to specific industry requirements.
