Justo Correa graduated with honors in Law from Universidad del Pacífico (UP) in Lima, Peru, and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Talent Development from EAE Business School in Madrid. 

Justo has extensive experience in labor and social security law, as well as in representing clients in a wide range of complex labor judicial processes, including dismissals, payment of economic benefits, outsourcing of services, occupational health and safety, special regimes, and union relations. He has also enriched his experience in the public sector by advising on the Administrative System of Human Resources Management under the National Authority of the Civil Service (SERVIR), specializing in the supervision and oversight of subsystems such as Compensation Management, Employment Management, and Human and Social Relations. 

In the academic field, Justo has served as a teaching assistant for the courses in Anthropology and Law (2022-1) and Equality in Employment and Non-Discrimination (2022-2) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
